  • How many times a week should I practice yoga or pilates?
At Asana Movement Club, we recommend practicing yoga or pilates at least 2 to 3 times per week for optimal results. This frequency allows you to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while giving your body ample time to recover. For beginners, starting with 2 sessions per week is a good way to gradually build your practice. As you become more comfortable and your body adapts, you can increase to 3 or even 4 sessions per week. Regular practice is key to experiencing the full benefits of yoga and pilates, which include improved posture, better stress management, and enhanced overall well-being. Whether you are looking to deepen your existing practice or are new to these disciplines, our community is here to join you every step of the way.
