A grounding Yin practice for mindfulness, stillness, and connection with self and nature.

Join the Asana Movement Club for a rejuvenating 60-minute yin yoga practice in the serene setting of Westerpark, Amsterdam. 

Unwind with seated and supine postures on the ground, allowing for deep relaxation and restoration. Please remember to bring your own mat for a comfortable experience.

Sculpt

A Pilates-based sculpt class to improve strength, mobility, and full-body control.

This class is sequenced in a contemporary pilates style, mixed with strength and cardio moves.

Join our 60-minute outdoor sessions to build core strength and enhance mobility in a serene outdoor environment.
